Ilana Odess, Chairperson
Ilana has extensive experience working as a senior executive for large multinational and start-up companies in the medical device industry. Her strategic vision, insight, and business-development acumen have guided fund-raising efforts, commercialization activities, and acquisitions for many companies. Broad industry knowledge has resulted in Ilana successfully taking products from concept to clinical use. Ilana serves on the Board of Directors of various medical device companies in addition to performing her executive responsibilities.
Ms. Irina Kavounovski, CEO, Director, Co-Founder
Experienced in the fields of project management, fund raising and marketing. MBA with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Marketing and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Technion, Israel, with specialization in bio-processes and polymers.
Mr. Igor Waysbeyn, CTO, Director, Co-Founder
Is a serial entrepreneur in the fields of medical engineering and emergency medicine. Holds a M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering and has a general medical education. Invented and led R&D process for medical devices for various surgical applications and orthopedics.
Vladimir Akinfiev, MD, Medical Director
Is a neurosurgeon previously at the Rambam Medical Center in Israel and a lecturer of at the Technion, Israel.
